Sam Taxis - Chief Engineer

Sam Joined CTSi in 2004 after a long and illustrious career at Washington Gas where he served as Operations Research Engineer.  Sam holds a masters degree in Civil Engineering from George Washington University and is a registered professional engineer.  Sam’s background includes Pipeline Engineering, Plant and Gate Station Engineering, Program/Project Management, Pressure and Flow Management Systems, Statistical Analysis, Life Cycle Analysis and RF Mobile Data Systems.  Sam’s responsibilities at CTSi include project management and oversight of the engineering and construction activities.  Sam is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and can be reached at staxis@ctsi-va.com.
