Joe Dobbins - Construction Superintendent

Joe joined CTSi in 2000.  Prior to joining CTSi, Joe worked for Washington Gas as General Superintendent where he served in all aspects of pipeline construction and maintenance.  At CTSi he supervises the company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspections activities.  Joe also conducts training and testing classes of pipeline operator personnel for Plastic Pipe Joining (PPJ) and Operator Qualifications (OQ) tasks.  Joe can be reached at ndobbins@localnet.com.
