About Us

Contracting & Technical Services Inc. (CTSi) was founded in 1996 in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is certified as a minority business enterprise (MBE) by the Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council (VMSDC). CTSi is headquartered in Springfield, Virginia and serves the mid-Atlantic region including Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, New York and Washington D.C.

CTSi staff brings more than 500 years of experience with all aspects of natural gas engineering, design, planning, construction, operations and maintenance to our clients. We supplement these capabilities with technical services including construction management, project management, training development and delivery, testing, quality assurance and quality control inspections and many other associated services. CTSi is proud to count some of the largest local distribution companies on the east coast as our clients.

CTSi encourages and maintains an active involvement in research, development and support organizations such as AGA, ASCE, APGA, GTI, GRI, NASTT, EAPA and the MEA. This involvement allows us to anticipate and drive the development of new rules and regulations, technology advancements and industry best practices.
