Clarksburg Town Center, Clarksburg, MD:

Phase I of this project extended a transmission line from the existing 24” transmission main (Strip F1) along Clarksburg Road beginning at I-270 up to the new Clarksburg Towne Center. Phase II involves extending that main along Clarksburg Road, Burnt Hill Road and connecting it to an existing 4” transmission ‘A’ main (Strip F2). Phase III will replace a portion of the 4” transmission main (Strip F2) up to Ovid Hazen Wells Park.  Construction on Phase I was completed by Mid-Atlantic Pipepliners. 

Montana Ave & 8th St NE, Washington DC

4,000 feet of 8" wrapped steel transmission ‘B’ line and transmission-to-90 psig two-stage regulator to feed the new NGV compressor station for metro busses.

Clara Barton Parkway and Ox Road

10,300 feet of 12" Transmission "B" line along Ox Road and Clara Barton Pkwy between Fairfax County Parkway and Fairfax Station Road.  Install a 300psig-to-55 psig Regulator and a 55 psig-to-20 psig Regulator Station.

Central Ave

8300 feet of 12" plastic main along Central Avenue between Hall Road and Pointer Ridge Drive. Install a new 55 psig, above ground, two-stage regulator station.

Georgetown Replacement Project, Phase II

Replace several 4” and 6” cast iron and steel mains with plastic and convert to high pressure.

Marlboro Pike

7900 feet of 12" wrapped steel main in Marlboro Pike from Dower House Road to Woodyard Road.

Brink Station, Poolsville Gate Station & Jefferson Gate Station

Design and plan the installation of three 50’ tall radio towers at three gate stations.
